Sheffield Scouts receiving certificates at Trippet Lane.
Insp. Mick Young of West Bar Police Station presented
certificates at the end of the final session of the
Police-Scout Liaison Scheme. The five sessions covered all
aspects of police work and included a visit to West Bar
Police station and talks on road safety, crime prevention,
the history of the police and the duties and responsibilities
of a citizen. 22 February 1984.
