Sheffield Scout and Guide Shop (SS&GS) announces a new, exciting Photographic Competition for Scouts, Guides, Brownies, Cubs, Beavers and Rainbows and their Leaders. 

The theme of the Competition is

 “This is what Scouting is all about!”
“This is what Guiding is all about!”

Photos can show any aspect of Guiding or Scouting – a Summer Camp, an Outdoor Activity, a Campfire, a Meeting … whatever. The important things are that they should show members of your Organisation enjoying themselves and doing something that reflects Scouting or Guiding. They should feature young members rather than Leaders.
Obviously, as it is a Competition, there are prizes! The Competition has four classes – Senior (for Warranted Leaders in Sheffield), Junior (for Guides, Scouts, Explorers, Guides Senior Section, Beavers, Brownies, Rainbows and Cubs in Sheffield), Open (for non-Sheffield Entrants) and Vintage (for old photos in family albums etc). 

First Prize (for each class) - £75 of SS&GS Vouchers
Second Prize (for each class) - £50 of SS&GS Vouchers
Third Prize (for each class) - £25 of SS&GS Vouchers

Summer is approaching so get snapping! Photos, however, do not need to have been taken this year or in colour – there is no restriction on the age of the photos – so have a look in old albums and see what you have got.

The Poster is A4 size for easy home printing and can put on notice boards.
